Conditions de réservations et d'annulations:
Les réservations ne peuvent être considérées fermes qu'accompagnées de 30% de séjour d'acompte. Celui-ci sera déduit lors du règlement final de la facture. Pour toute réservation annulée ou écourtée:
- Entre 45 jours et 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue, l'acompte versé de 30% est non remboursable.
- Moins de 29 jours avant la date d'arrivée prévue, l'intégralité du séjour tel que prévu, sera due
Préalablement à la réservation, nous vous invitons à contrôler votre assurance pour les cas d'annulations éventuels.

Reservation and cancellation policies:
Reservations are taken into consideration only when accompanied by a 30% down payment of stay. This down payment will be deducted at the end of the stay. For any cancellation or shortened stay:
Between 45 days and 30 days before the planned arrival, the deposit given of an amount of 30% is not refundable.
Less than 29 days before the planned arrival, the full amount due for the stay, as indicated when the reservation was confirmed, will be due.
